It was around this time that the "Saber Tooth" Tigers became extinct. These days typically cats are not revered for their hunting prowess when they present you with a tweety bird but more as playful companions and perennial acrobats.

Cats are sleek, powerful hunting machines evolved over millions of years to this point in history and have just one question to ask of us..."Can I has Cheeseburger?"

However, not all their history has been so loving, while they were once revered as hunters in ages past they have also been condemned for being familiars of witches and demons and when their human masters were burnt at the stake often cats shared their fate. In the great plagues cats were thought to bring disease, which ironically meant they were captured and killed to save the very rats that could've wiped out humanity.

Contrary to popular belief a black cat is actually considered lucky in many parts of the world including Asia and England; particularly in Yorkshire however in North America it is deemed unlucky.

However you view cats, they are the ultimate dictonomy of terms, awesome power and playful exuberance; forces for night and day and light and dark.
